As Senator Fauxcahontas primary presidential campaign continues to freefall she has released a plan to criminalize internet activity having related to the disinformation of US elections. Which we all know really means anything negative about Democrats.
According to an article written by Warren on Medium:
“Disinformation erodes our democracy, and Democrats must have a plan to address it. President Trump has welcomed foreign interference in our elections, inviting interference from a host of countries that have an interest in the outcome, including Iran and China. He’s currently facing impeachment for putting his own political interests over the national interests of the United States – and there is every indication that if he is not removed from office, he will continue to do so.”
Disinformation and online foreign interference erode our democracy, and Donald Trump has invited both. Anyone who seeks to challenge and defeat Donald Trump in the 2020 election must be fully prepared to take this on—and I’ve got a plan to do it. https://t.co/ZQ6B1AezBd

Warren also wants to create “civil and criminal penalties for knowingly disseminating false information about when and how to vote in US elections.”
Voter suppression efforts of any kind offend basic American values. In both the 2016 and 2018 elections, online disinformation sought to depress voter turnout by telling people they could vote via text, giving people the wrong date for election day, and more. I will push for new laws that impose tough civil and criminal penalties for knowingly disseminating this kind of information, which has the explicit purpose of undermining the basic right to vote.
So just what exactly is “more?” Negative memes about Fauxcahontas?
She’s also called for “robust data sharing” between the federal government and tech companies.
Fox New’s Tucker Carlson put it best on Wednesday when he said, “With her chances of becoming president having assumed the trajectory of a plane crash, she has decided to go full fascist because that’s who she is and has always been.”
Political figures and the media have already started speaking out against this plan.
Would this apply to the tall tales you tell and those networks allow @ewarren? https://t.co/NzeKvTxoAB

Elizabeth Warren just announced a plan to criminally prosecute people for spreading “disinformation” online
I wonder if that would cover disinformation about:
Her “heritage”
Where she sent her kids to school
Her father’s occupation
Getting fired for being pregnant
🤔

And who gets to determine what “disinformation” is? The government? The ELITE?
This would be a flagrant violation of the First Amendment.
Elizabeth Warren is a TYRANT. https://t.co/jqeFZDYVUS
